My Philosophy

When I was a kid, if you said that you would do something for another person, you were honor bound to keep your word and a giving of your word or a handshake was all that was needed to make a commitment. It was akin to social suicide to break your word. Nowadays, the "spin" utilized by individuals and organizations has imbued a sense of uncertainty as to what is being said or offered and, consequently, we do not know exactly what it is that we will receive.

Here is what you will receive from me: 1. When you Contact my Law Office, you will receive a personal response from me, the attorney. One of the advantages of working with a sole practitioner is that when you call, I pick up the line and return calls myself; 2. I'm an attorney, not a sales person or a politician. You will receive straight answers to your straight questions, and 3. You will receive value for your legal dollar. And, since frankness is not a one-way street, in return I ask that you be straightforward with me.

Let's face it, many attorneys can get the job done. You will become my client not only because you trust my legal advice, but also because you're comfortable with me. As your attorney, you must trust my legal experience, my instincts and, ultimately, me personally.
